We provide a mixture of appointments, and it is important we have as much information as possible to be able to offer you the appointment that is most appropriate for you medically, but also that you want, recognising that sometimes people prefer different approaches.

Book an appointment

All of our appointments are available to book online using Systmconnect

Our duty team consists of GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and patient care co-ordinators.
You might receive correspondence to triage the problem or you may be contacted and offered an appointment.
Please ensure you give as much information as possible so we can offer you the fastest and most appropriate care.

Alternatively, you can phone the surgery on 01626 334411 and a member of our patient care team can support you with completing a Systmconnect.

Home Visits

These are reserved for patients who cannot attend the surgery due to health reasons. Please try and request this as early as possible in the day (preferably before 10.30am) as these tend to be performed over lunchtime to avoid interfering with clinics.

You may be visited by a GP or an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, but any request is likely to be triaged first to ensure the correct person visits you.

Out of Hours

Extended Access

We now offer additional evening appointments for our patients. You may be offered an appointment between 6pm – 8pm as part of our extended access.

Weekends

Enhanced Access provide appointments to the local area at weekends. The hub location for our patients is Albany Surgery

These are pre-booked appointments only.

Patients will be seen by the most appropriate healthcare professional and the service offers GP, Practice Nurse, and Health Care Assistant appointments.
