As we move into the winter season, we want to inform you that, due to increased demand and limited clinical resources in Primary Care, there may be challenges in accessing urgent care on the same day. While we are committed to providing you with the best possible care, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this busy time. If you have an urgent medical concern, please: Call early: Try to reach us as soon as possible to help us manage your request effectively. Use alternatives where appropriate: For non-emergency issues, please consider other services such as local pharmacies, NHS 111, or online consultations. Be prepared: If we are unable to offer same-day access, we will do our best to provide you with a clear plan for care on managing your condition. Same day care: We will not be able to pre book appointments, care will be triaged according to need. A GP will assess all requests for care and then allocate to a clinical member from our multi-disciplinary team. (The team consists of GPs, Advanced Care Practitioners and Pharmacists) We greatly appreciate your cooperation in helping us prioritize the most urgent cases and ensure that all patients receive timely and appropriate care. !!PROBLEM WITH OUR TELEPHONE LINES!!

Today we are experiencing problems with our phonelines, which means it is not allowing us to answer calls. We have logged this with our provider and they are looking into this. We will continue to do our best to try to answer. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
