Dear Patients,
We know that our patients value seeing the same regular clinician where possible. Clinicians are able to gain improved insight into the patient’s health, and the patient gets to know their clinician which helps build a trusted relationship and everyone benefits. But in recent years, we have had to balance this when a culture of immediacy and the pressure to prioritise rapid access to clinical appointments. Please do not worry, we have a very diverse and skilled on the day team who are able to help in urgent situations, should you need to discuss a more urgent matter.
