Alert: Message to patients

The Partners at Albany Surgery just wanted to say a big thank you to all our patients. We have been overwhelmed by all the positive remarks and thanks we have received. This means a great deal to us. We know it can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment. We do the best we can with the limited resources we have and I know all of our staff go the extra mile to help you, when they can. Unfortunately, when there are no more appointments available, there is little we can do, and this is when we will prioritise vulnerable patients and signpost to other services.
